Milestone Pharmaceutiques annonce un financement par actions de 13 millions de dollars
Milestone Pharmaceutiques Inc., une société développant des médicaments cardiovasculaires, annonce la clôture d’un financement par actions de 13 millions de dollars. Ce financement est mené par Pappas Ventures, la Banque de développement du Canada (BDC) et GO Capital. Les autres investisseurs comprennent le Fonds de solidarité FTQ (FSTQ) et les investisseurs antérieurs de la société, dont Inovia Santé, qui a joué un rôle clé durant la fondation de l’entreprise et a été l’investisseur principal des étapes précédentes, et le Fonds Bio-Innovation. Milestone Pharmaceuticals Announces $13 Million Equity Financing
Milestone Pharmaceuticals Inc., a cardiovascular drug development company, announces the completion of a $13 million round of equity financing. The round is led by Pappas Ventures, the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), and GO Capital. Other participating investors are Fonds de solidarité FTQ (FSTQ), and the company’s previous investors, iNovia Healthcare Ventures, who played a key role during the Company’s founding and was the lead investor in the earlier rounds, and Fonds Bio-Innovation.

Fixmo obtient 6,5 millions de dollars US en financement de série B
Fixmo inc., un meneur parmi les fournisseurs de solutions d’infrastructure sécuritaire de bout en bout pour les appareils mobiles, a annoncé aujourd’hui l’obtention de 6,5 millions de dollars US en financement de série B, dans une étape menée par le nouvel investisseur Panorama Capital. Les investisseurs préalables Rho Ventures Canada, iNovia Capital, Extreme Venture Partners et leurs dirigeants ont également pris part à l’étape de série B. Fixmo utilisera ces fonds pour appuyer l’expansion commerciale de l’entreprise et le développement continu de solutions innovatrices qui mitigent les risques associés aux déploiements mobiles d’entreprises.

Fixmo Receives US$6.5 million in Series B Funding
Fixmo Inc., a leading provider of secure, end-to-end infrastructure management solutions for mobile devices, today announced it has secured US$6.5 million in Series B financing led by new investor Panorama Capital. Existing investors Rho Ventures Canada, iNovia Capital, Extreme Venture Partners and management also participated in the Series B round. Fixmo will use the funding to support the company’s business expansion and ongoing development of innovative solutions that mitigate the risk associated with enterprise mobile deployments.
